New to forum. No Raptor yet...

Hey guys. This is my first post here. I have been signed up for a few weeks, doing some reading up on the Gen 2 Raptors. I really want to know more about them before I make a purchase. I most likely won’t be able to buy a new one. I’m hoping to find the right one at the right time. From what I am still seeing around my area dealers are still making some good deals on new and used Raptors.

Is that some sort of valve? I never see any wiring going to them when I watch exhaust install videos.
