hi guys i just put on my icon wheels with toyo 35x12.5x17 tires, i do have a slight rub on full turn when i hit a bump, but im sure that will fix soon when i get these icon uca and geisers installed. just waiting on the deavers as they been on back order so i can get it all installed. my question is the tires are sticking out past the fender flares right now at least half inch or maybe slightly more i havent measured just eyeballed it. it looks nice but i was wondering if this will be a problem when they go on full flex if it will be hitting or touching the fenders instead of tucking in like they should be. i know there are a few people with the same wheels and tires so was hoping they would chime in and let me know if i have anything to worry about or if it will be fine. the uca;s needed a backspace of 5 inches so i think thats what i got the wheels with. thanks

it looks more like an inch further if i count the extra rubber on the sidewall with the mts. but i think it should clear once it gets on full flex . just wanted to make sure would hate to have it not be able to tuck in properly.

Is it rubbing because of the wheel style? Or because they are toyo Mt?

its only rubber a little tiny bit when i make a full turn right now, and im sure its because the tire is .6 inches taller than stock plus its a mt tire so it has one inch long thread. im not concerned about that , im sure that will be gone when i install the geisers and uca's . i could even do slight trim right now and im sure it will be gone on stock height. i was just mainly concered when the wheel would tuck in all the way if it will be able to clear the fenders, but il do some tests once i get all my parts in and get it all installed to make sure it tucks in without touching the fenders.

what are those SDHQ brackets for?

The geiser springs should take care of your rubbing issues. The UCAs wont change the ride height or suspension geometry, just a lot stronger than OEM, and look cool. I get compliments on them often..

ye im expecting them to i wasnt worried about that, i was just concered if the wheels tuck if they will be able to clear to go inside without hitting the fender or what not, but i will test it once i get the rest of the parts in and installed. the brackets i beleive were shipped to relocate the factory bumpstops since the new deavers would need them relocated , so thats whats for i guess

jake u really have to spam your stupid photos on every threead? im not a retard , and not a begginer to trimming what needs to be trimmed, this post is not even about that... was just wondering if it would clear when my wheels would go full flex inside the fenders. but i think it will with no problems since the wheels go at an angle when they move up inside so it should be just fine with my assumpsions.
