The Ford racing 5.4L is good for 1000+ HP! We won't be near that much, I would say between 400-450 RWHP. The truck did make 410 RWHP on the stock engine. We are really not improving much other than the cams. They are baby cams too:baby:

The problem with more HP is everything else you have to support and beef up. Next things I'd be worried about would be trans/t-case if you're pushing 650-700RWHP. I had a buddy who had a procharged 5.4L (pushing too much power) and had the t-case grenade on him.

Yeah won't be pushing that much power, I think somewhere between 450 and 500 RWHP would be our maximum. This should be plenty safe on the fuel delivery system and the drive-train as well.

Should be firing this sucker up today! We have a few more brackets to be powder coated so it has to come right back apart but should be finalized by the Weekend! I will have plenty of pictures and videos to share!

Last night we fired up "Project Red-Headed Stepchild" after a short winter hibernation. At first start up everything went perfect, engine is nice and quiet, idle quality is very good with the initial tune up, and the truck got up to temperature and cooled off fine on its own. Now we are going to move it over to another bay to remove some of the brackets and components we wanted powder coated. Besides that we are still waiting on our new coolant reservoir for the Supercharger system. Should be finalized by Monday-Tuesday and Dyno tested next week!

Here are a few spy photos I snapped this morning, let me know what you guys think of the custom blower lid "Raptor" plates we had made!
