We originally developed our Cross Mount for the 2017-2020 Raptor... Then a new version for the 21+ Raptor.
The 21+ version is still available for the 21-24 Raptors with the standard bumper (not the modular one)

We took the basic layout from our 2021+ Model to morph it into a new version for the Modular Bumper. If you have a Gen 3 Raptor with the standard bumper, you can select our other version below....

Hey John, any idea if the 24 modular bumper would bolt right up to a 21 or are the mounting location/design different enough to not look right.

It should bolt right up as long as you can find one. I'd imagine that will be a challenging task though unless you find someone who swapped bumpers and is selling it.
