Did you ever find these instructions? I'm now looking into buying this for my Gen 1 and would like to know what I'm getting into.

Thanks.

Dane,

Sorry for the delay. I'll reach out to them today and see if I can grab a copy for you. Thanks!

I’d like a copy as well if you could. Can’t find anywhere online.
I already got it from E&G. I've attached it here. Basically you put in in, slide it into place and secure it with 4 self tapping screws - 2 on the front, 2 on the back (not the bottom, the front and back sides). Important to note it doesn't work if you have the USB ports in the console. I think that was a 2013 thing? I don't have them in my 2012.

Now, the big question. Any holiday deals? Seems to be the exact same price everywhere.

You're correct. It works on the 2010-2012 trucks, not the 2013-2014. We're waiting for the updated version for those trucks.

They ship in a big box and they're somewhat heavy, so shipping on them is usually around $50 depending on location, but we cover that with free shipping. But we can do something for you if you're interested. Just let me know.

I'm interested. There have been too many break ins. I need to buy one soon and this seems like the best option. I like keeping part of the console open.

Almost pulled the trigger on a Console Vault, but came across your thread in the Gen2 forums and put in an order for the E&G. Feel much better knowing it's fully enclosed.
Have you had any reports on install gotcha's for the Gen1's?
Installed mine in my 2010 Raptor. Tight fit but fantastic quality, thing is heavy and tough, key+combo config locking (whatever works best for you) and there is plenty of room for a loaded pistol and mags. Very pleased
