Greetings Gentlefolk,
I've just joined and am looking forward to reading comments and learning more about the Raptors. Perhaps we'll even come up with a few questions before we add a Raptor to the collection of Fords on this farm.
And now you know that we do not yet own a Raptor. But it's at the top of a short list of candidates to replace my wife's Taurus. I'd love to have one, but I've got a perfectly good Excursion, with only 275k miles, that serves my business needs better at this time. (We have a hot air balloon business, and need to haul 6-8 people, plus pull a large trailer.) Her Taurus needs to be retired, and my logic is that if I get her what I'd want to drive when I don't need the X, then I'll be driving her around in a Raptor. It's the old "kill two birds with one stone" logic.
So, I hope you don't mind me sitting up here in the rafters, just watching and learning from the things that all of you share on this site.
Gentle breezes,
Martin
