Ok thanks yes I have none of the stock parts at all. Where would I check to see if it has been cut or not ? When I’m on it in 4a or 4hi the truck is all over the road. Pulling left then right etc. In 2wd it’s perfect could the lift be affecting it ?

It could be the lift. You should also get a proper alignment done. And the greater offset used to push the wheels out further will also cause that pulling on the front end. Lifts and wide wheels look great, but they almost always negatively affect the functional ability of the truck, more so at higher speed. Especially one with more focused suspension design like the Raptor. Like others said, it really all depends on what you're going to use it for as to how much that will affect you.
