I posted in the prospective buyers section a couple weeks ago about a potential deal I was working and thanks to a few of you who pushed me over the fence, I'm happy to report that I am a new owner of a 2019 Raptor 802a package!

It was my first time doing a long distance and remote transaction out of state and we worked everything out over the phone and email and everything went smoothly. I took delivery a couple days ago and my wife was saying I was smiling like a kid in a toy store the whole time.

In the few short days I've had it I have already put a couple hundred miles on it and so far am loving owning and driving it. It was a big step for me coming from a 2015 Mustang GT and never having owned a truck before but I already have long forgotten about the mustang now and am really impressed by the performance and speed out of this thing. Its also great that my whole family loves it too which is always a plus!

Very nice and thanks for posting, that's exactly what I ordered up, SCAB, color, wheels and options! Looks like it might be a tight fit in the garage with your workbench in there but it is a shorty!

Thanks all. I am in Woodbridge and yes its a new development so the houses are kinda cookie cutter buts its a nice neighborhood and I have some cool neighbors.

It is a tight fit in the garage but believe it or not I have plenty of length to park even with the workbench but definitely feel the tightness width wise with the 8' wide bay doors.

When I had my Mustang my preferred way to park was to pull in straight and then cut right at a slanted angle so that I had plenty of space left and right to work/detail on the car. I also started using the QuickJack lift and moved away from using a floor jack and jackstands and would need the space on each side to set them up. Same method with the wife's Grand Cherokee when I need to work on that.

It will be a challenge with the truck. So far I've only had the nerve to pull in once about halfway just to gauge the width and see for myself. Its a tight fit but I will make it work somehow!
