With the +6mm offset and the 5" back spacing will these sit about the same as methods with 0 offset since they have 4.75" back spacing?

The Methods will stick out 6mm more since they are the same width wheel.

I am pretty sure its all relative. 0 offset will equal 4.75" back space and 6mm offset will equal 5" back space. Offset is the measurement from the center line in the wheel by how many millimeters the mounting surface is from that, positive being towards the front from center and negative being away from center further from the mounting surface. Backspacing is just the measurement from the rear rim to center hub mounting surface.
