Yes Yukon as far the snorkel is concerned reroute it up to the svt side vent. then make an adaptor for a snorkel that you can put on when needed and then remove and replace side vent.

when did Bushwacker say they wouldn't make any? they had a survey on here and everything saying they were going to make them. i even contacted them awhile back about them and they said they were in the works but no hold so they could get the new GM/Chevys ones going.

I like the adaptor for off-roading with the snorkel. I'd buy that!

Regarding Bushwacker, I believe it was the same thread when they said the GM was taken priority and they were not sure about designing flares for the raptor. Perhaps I miss understood, but didn't seem like we were going to see anything.

Hello everyone. We're thinking of making a new grill for the Raptor and wanted to get some feedback. Are you happy with the big giant FORD logo across the grill or would you rather have something else? Something more functional or something with graphics like "Raptor" across it?

We're kicking around some ideas at the moment. We're a design house that specializes in plastics. We've been around for a while but never got into trucks until a close friends just picked up a new Raptor.

We have some ideas already but want to make sure we're not spinning our wheels if there's not much interest.

What do you think?

ATI

as an honest opinion, some look like they belong on a chevy a nissan a chrysler and a couple have no air flow. changing the front grill to something else is going to require a lot of peoples input, and i am in no way saying anything bad about you or your business, but giving my input as i see it

Just wondering if you guys have come up with anything.

We've been looking over the trove of info from the Raptor Forum survey, and discussed preliminary concepts last week. We've got the ball rolling, but don't have anything I can share quite yet.

ok keep us posted.

Thanks
Kris.

Most definitely! We're planning on compositing some sketches of a variety of design ideas, and releasing them to the FRF community for input.

this is from Pm's between Bushwacker and I and are from Feb 17th

I suspect people will be interested in your ideas but I don't think there'll be many takers.

The "FORD" grill on the Raptor is iconic and to many replacing it with an aftermarket unit would be blasphemy.

Now if you made a grill that said "RAPTOR" that looked like the OEM grill...that might be interesting :Good or Bad:

I agree. It's the one thing on the raptor I wouldn't replace. When you see the grill, you know its a raptor!

The thing about the Raptor grill, besides it being iconic as the one singular identifying feature of the vehicle is the ability to put lights behind it.

Because of these 2 features I don't see much interest in an all-new grill for this vehicle.

But, I suggest you look at using the existing factory grill and making other lettering/words such as "RAPTOR" or custom words.

You could mold them yourself using silicon rubber molds and urethane materials or have them produced by a shop that specializes in that kind of work.
