New Glass but what about inner fender liners?

So I just put on new boatec front fenders and didn't realize how open the wheel-wells would be. What are people doing to protect the intake from sucking in gobs of water and sand? What about the wiring harness? Motor? I know there is some talk of new inner fenders being manufactured at some point, but can I just go mud up my truck without fenders and not even worry about the intake and harnesses?:emotions36:

While I wait for mine, I got a pre-filter from TMX which attaches securely to the intake. Worked very well and air filter was mostly clean after a day of this:

I'm now a believer and will run one even after fender liners are obtained. Helps with muddy runs too. Give Brandon at TMX a call.

Are most people just doing the front fenders? How does it look with the stock rears? Does it look out of place? Anyone run glass on the rears as well?

Most people run the Boatec's or others with just front fenders...I've only seen a handful of rear bed sides done. I am interested in doing the rears, but I really want to know more about what goes into the installation process.

WSI has rear glass. I believe his has the same shape without larger flaring. They are just lighter and no fender liners - so have larger wheel openings.

There is no need to run rear glass as there are no clearance issues with the rear and 37s. As long as you paint to match, front glass and OEM rears look perfect together. :peace:
