Is the Hennessey Raptor using the Roush supercharger TVS2300 and Roush CAI setup? If it is then I would get that with the lifetime warranty. I would also debadge anything Hennessey and just say its a Roush, you could even get some Roush vinyl to put on the bedside to make it look official.

I ask because Hennessey has been using that brand, at least on the 2014's they were. Not sure on older years.

Normally I would agree 100%... BUT a lifetime engine warranty with a twin turbo set up... Man I would have hard time walking from that.

Ya I get that and you're probably right. My only thing is I can't see them actually honoring a lifetime engine warranty. It just seems unusual for a stealership to replace or fix an engine no questions asked for a lifetime. It's probably just me being negative so I could be wrong. I bought a truck from a dealership that came with free lifetime inspections and oil changes and it was like pulling teeth to get them to honor that. Lol.

They probably do but I bet there are so many stipulations in that lifetime warranty that it isn't worth the hassle. I remember back in 2008 when I purchased a Dodge Ram, they had that but you had to always take it to the dealer to have things checked out throughout its life and pay to fix what they find. Only good to the original purchaser, non-transferable. List goes on. Definitely read the fine print in great detail, might even need to hire an attorney to review. Lol

It is not the Rousch. The Henessey is completely off the table.

Welcome and good luck with your search. I would go stock and then set it up how you want it. To me doing the mods myself is 75% of the fun. It's much more satisfying when you build the truck yourself as opposed to buying someone else's vision of how the truck should be. JMHO.

I feel the same way and will do all the mods myself. I just know I'm going to install turbos or supercharger at some point and figured if it's already on there and the price is rite... Why not. I starting to lean towards buying a stocker with high mileage and spend the saved money having the engine built, add the turbos later, damn a warranty. Man I need to make my mind up and get this going lol.

I agree with this. Have you find the Raptor for you. By the way, welcome aboard.

Great looking truck but I will be doing a lot of traveling with a truck load of kids, a screw is going to be a must, even though I prefer the look of the scab.
