New bumper piece

Started cutting the top of the bumper off today... Just need to do some prep work and fitting then its time to get this thing done!!! Oh ya,... My wish list for the holiday...I need a ******* plasma cutter... LOL

Ya it will look much better.. its just setting on the top.. I have to fit it some and cut a bit... ADD had that thing welded like crazy.. only time I wish they didnt do a good job welding!!! LOL

A question? Why not go all the way and close out the entier gap like the OEM bumper does? Won't see all the bed edge and so on. JMO, no offense ment.

Thats what the new piece will do when its welded on permanently. Its just laying on top in the picture. I have to fit it then weld it on...

SO.. Got about 90% done... Need to fill with some more weld and finishing grinding... The site let me load 3 pictures but stopped again... lol Ill load teh rest later..
