Welcome to offroad accessories and parts. Brain says "I WANT!". Bank account and wife are saying "NOOOOO!". What do you do? When there's a will, there's a way and a safe way of doing it. You just need to find the sneaky part of yourself and use it. Trust me.

I had a Shelby before this & I thought this would be less than a Shelby mod wise. I found out that I was wrong...

what does the inside of the fender wells look like? I saw the ones on the ADD matte grey raptor at TRR and didn't like how there wasn't anything stopping water or mud from going into the intake..and plus when it cakes full of mud it would be almost impossible to get out..so is there a liner in these?

All I was told was that they are a new design and they are smooth in the fender well. They said it is worth the wait. I'm sure there will be plenty of posts about them once they are used by us. We shall see.

So tell me this. $1300 for the fenders plus shipping. I'll say $1500 total. Then $2000 for doing the rears paint/labor. $1500 for the fronts paint/labor. What offset rims would be needed to sit flush with these fenders? Any special suspension mods needed? What about the wheel wells? I'd have to get new rims & tires. That's easily $3000. So far I'm at $9300 with labor/paint, fenders, & rims & tires. Anything else I'd need to throw in there. I can sell my rims & tires for $2500 easy. Each stock fender at least $500. That's $4500 gained back at least.

I admit, these do look really good. Probably more than I am willing to do to my new 50K daily driver.....but still pretty cool.

Anyone think about just getting your new fenders wrapped vs painted? Not sure if that'd be any cheaper, but maybe.

I was told it'd cost the same, if not more. It's only $75 a fender flare to get them painted & that's quoted from 3 dif shops.

If you're not wrapping the whole truck, then you should get it painted. A wrap will not match the exact same. Unless you're dealing with Tuxedo Black. Not sure if they have a Tuxedo Black matched wrap either. Matching paint is all about blending panels. It's almost a religion when it comes to automotive refinishing.
