I suppose I should explain myself for OffRoadOnlyDAN. Beside off-roading I also compete in car shows and attend cruise-ins. I have two show cars - 1999 Prowler and 2005 Magnum. I have billet aluminum license plate frames for both of them (I also showed my 2009 "Kowalski" Challenger before I traded it for my Raptor). When weather is questionable I take my Raptor to the local cruise-ins. I just like my cars to look their best.

Who made it? How much? How do others get it? Are other colors offered? Group buy?
Trying to foresee future questions.
There is quite a bit of history to explain. They are made by Billet Technology located in south Florida. They make most of their products for modern Mopars, e.g., Chrysler 300, Dodge Magnum, Charger, Challenger, etc. They saw no market for license plate frames.
I had asked for 3 years for one for my 2005 Magnum, before they made a run in early 2009. I got two: one for Magnum and one for Challenger.
And now in 2013, 4 years later they made another run.
In the 2009 run I paid $100 each for the frames. This year they charged me $60 for one.
All were only offered powder coated black. On most of their products, they anodize in various colors, e.g., black, yellow, red, purple, bare aluminum, satin coating on aluminum, polished aluminum.
