This big box just arrived:

What's inside you ask? Just some very well packaged goodies...

After fighting with the zipper that connects the BedRug pieces, I was finally able to get to the bed bolts and move on with the installation. It's amazing how much dust and dirt gets between the BedRug and the bed!

An hour later, the Raptor was outfitted with a new bed rack.

I'm still waiting on XRD to send me the HiLift mounts and their newly redesigned spare tire mount. I'll post updates once those arrive and get installed.

Props to John for a very nicely designed system that should help keep my truck gear better organized.

Interesting! It gives you a lot of attachment points/options, but doesn't take up hardly any room. What's the approximate weight on this and how do the welds look?

The welds on mine look really good. I love it because I can still use the truck bed should I need it.

I first saw it in Orange's truck and pretty much decided it was perfect for my use. XRD has made some design changes since Orange installed his, but mainly to make it more shipping friendly.

The shipping weight on the label showed 60 LBS. I don't know what the spare tire mount will weigh but it shouldn't be too bad.

I'll try to get you some pictures of the welds later today. In my opinion, they look nice...but I'm in no way an expert.

This is a sweet looking rack! Do you have Bakflip or something for your tonneau? Not sure this would work with my jackrabbit but I should take some measurements.

Thanks! Yes, it's a Bakflip.

Looking good and functional! Where can I get one?
