GEN 1 New Battery Day

Had to get a new battery today, went with the Motorcraft BXT 65 850. Got 7.5 tears out of the old battery(BXT 65 750) so I stayed with the Motorcraft brand. I did some programming with forescan two days ago and when I got up the next morning I wanted to check the results of my endever but was greeted with a 100% dead battery. This made me second guess if I had somehow caused the issue but tried to remain calm. I put my battery tender on and it indicated a bad battery. After replacing the battery today all seems good, fingers crossed.

Yes, I typically go with Motorcraft batteries for our Raptors. That’s a long time for one battery that’s impressive.

I imagine you were quite anxious! Glad it didn’t damage and computers and it was “just” a battery!
