Yeah I like the looks of that new bumper, it fit what I was going for except the mounts on top for lights, but I missed the other thread about all the rust issues. I’ve done the Linex/Rhino spray on liner with bumpers before I’d rather have a quality powder coatSo I’m a pretty easy going guy.
but ya wanna know what sticks in my craw? And I don’t even know WTF a craw is.
not one but many somewhat normal, trustworthy owners who complain about rust and ADD doesn’t do anything about it or even so much as address the issue here or in manufacturing. Yeah, that ****** me off. And I don’t own one for the sole reason of the R word. Rust.
They mention oh this is partly aluminum. So what? What about the parts that aren’t?
Are you guys doing anything on the powder coating for these to avoid the rusting issues others on this forum are having with your bumpers?
