Here are some pics that were asked for. Also i had an order for an rho got a great deal 10k under sticker, ordered end of July and with my lease coming up i was getting nervous it wouldn’t be ready in time. It was also frustrating seeing trucks with exact same build sheet ordered 3 or more months later getting delivered.View attachment 480075

Ugh, thats gross and looks like you bought the cheap trim of a car. For the first time, I'm actually really really glad to have gotten an early model year vehicle. The appearance and options have just gotten worse and worse MY over MY.

In my 23 I've added the heated steering wheel, ambient lighting in the center console, glove box, lower door cards, and cup holder. I was excited for the 25, but after seeing the interior, I am hanging on to the 23.

I really have to question if Ford actually saved money by doing this... I imagine the new tooling and design costs probably exceeded the savings they will get over the next few years. And it makes that top button strip look so cheap!!

Good morning Just picked up my new baby. Love it but have some questions. On my old 22 lariat to accept a call or hang up i had a button the steering wheel. Is there away to do that with out touching the screen? Also my truck did not have the cleats on the box links should they have come with it. Last what is the little compartment in the pickup bed?
Thanks
Dave
Do you have an “OK” button on the right side near the options/menu up/down buttons? My 23 has one. Press ok when the call comes in.

The number 1 reason to buy a 25 is the dual valve dampers…assuming you use the truck as intended.

Mines on a train but looking forward to it. The door keypad being an option is the stupidest thing ford could have done. I leave my phone and keys in the car to go hike, bike, etc…the feature is incredible. I ordered mine with it but if it’s not oem looking it’s going to be a disappointment. It will be the number 1 reason not to buy a 25.

The dash buttons do look a bit “missing” up top but once a dash tray is added and an iPad hangs over that area, you won’t see it anyway.

The bed cleats as shown in the pic make no sense. Why even include the brackets? In all my Ford’s I’ve rarely used them as they’re positioned poorly and any upward pull seemed to pop them out. For the raptor they should have supplied anchor points in the floor of the bed to fasten your load when doing what raptors are marketed to do.

Even with all the changes: some for worse, shocks for the absolute better it’s still a bitchen farm road truck in literally a class of its own. The Ram is a joke when compared as is any Toyota PRO offering.

My 24’ came with the old style bed cleat plates installed, inside the truck was a box of the newer “T” style plates but no cleats. I had to ask the dealer for them and they magically showed up.

I just traded my 2019 for a 2024 and the new trucks do not come with the bed cleats anymore but the do come with the plate to attach them.

The more I see the 2025 the more i’m leaning towards a 21/22. Really wish they kept all the features.
Ford looks more and more like a Vietnamese restaurant on it's last legs. Portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I tried to tell one of the owners that people would rather pay a higher price to get what they want than to feel cheated. She didn't get it. Looks like Ford doesn't get it either. I may just keep my '20 and see what '26 brings.

The 26 needs to have 500 horsepower. It does not need 540 like the RHO but 500 will keep people interested. How many engines are in a vehicle for 9 years with same output. Toyota fans be quiet no one cares.

That would be great, but with 2027 being the likely year for the next gen to be released I'm doubtful Ford will give us an updated engine for '26. Maybe we will see a more aggressive Ford Performance tune for the current engine that will reach close to 500hp.
