Yep, it will. Actually, at the very beginning of this post, I added a list of all the crossover parts to the new 37 and R models and I am working on the new stuff that isn't on that list right now.

So have the brackets shown with this set been confirmed to work with the new '24 modular bumper on the 37 and R? I ask because I partially pulled the cover off the bumper lights to see how the OEM ones were mounted and could not tell for sure if your brackets would mount up cleanly. I was too lazy to pull the light cover off completely or I could have probably answered my own question. Just want to be sure before placing an order. Thanks.

Yes, they have been confirmed to fit the new 2024 Raptor with the new modular bumper.
We purchased a 2024 with the 37 package specifically to be able to test fit it with new parts and confirm fitment for previously created parts.
The OEM Upgrade Kit is compatible with all Gen 3 Raptors, including the new one with the new bumper style.

We are getting through these. We are finalizing the light bar mounts now, then on to the cross mount and Baja Linkables. (I am sure you all are excited about those.)

Then we will be working on the fogs.

I thought I would share some photos of our ROUGH outline of the new 40" Light bar mounts with a slim SR series light bar on them. These, like our other Gen 3 Raptor light bar mounts, will hold the Rigid E Series, SR series, Radiance Series, Adapt, Baja ONX6, S8, and others.

What do you think? As you can see here and for those who were not sure if our Behind the Grille kits would still fit in the 2024 models, you can see that the only change was to the EXTERNAL grille so they do still fit.

Thanks John! Loving it so far. My only complaint is i wish that the fogs were easier to adjust (would be awesome if we could somehow utilize the stock adjusters from the rigid fogs). Also, it’s a slight bummer that on this bumper the lower center light bar has two of the led that get blocked by the plastic. But ultimately I am digging this setup!

Which light do you have in the middle bottom between the fog lights?

Baja Designs S8 10” . The onyx series won’t fit down there it would hit the louvers.
