Unless you decide to upgrade your SC to the Whipple 3.8, I would recommend just going with the Ford Performance Air Filter:

Exhaust upgrade I would only recommend Borla for the R, you have a few options when selecting your exhaust:

And finally leveling go with the SDI top hat, do not do springs or a collar. They are currently out of stock at the moment, however they will be back in stock and shipping again next month:
