New 2020 802A SCREW in Leadfoot

I purchased my 18 S02A SCREW with every option offered to include the orange interior trim with carbon fiber the end of 2018. You'll love the BedRug. It was the first thing I did to mine. I have a stock Ford hard top tonneau cover. I followed up with Built Right Industries 4 panel bed kit https://www.builtrightind.com/products/builtright-industries-mbrs-fseries-kit mounted over top of the BedRug
and used their dash rack to mount my cell phone https://www.builtrightind.com/products/builtright-industries-dash-mount-2015-ford-f-150 using a base connector from 67d.com mounted to the Built Right dash rack and carbon fiber arms as well as their phone holder https://www.67d.com/collections/for...the-builtright-f-series-upgrade-pack-pack-br1:. I also used BuiltRight's rear seat release https://www.builtrightind.com/products/builtright-industries-f-150-rear-seat-release. I added a phone charger to the dash rack using 67's parts connected to an iPhone charger from ProClip https://www.proclipusa.com/product/adjustable-iphone-holder-for-lightning-to-usb-cable. I went with RIGID off road lights; spot, driving and flood in the front pockets and two tucked up under the rear bumper. I ran the wiring inside the frame from under the hood to the bumper lights in black split loom and all wiring in the front is in black split loom as well - No drilling for any of them. You can't see anything when you open the hood or get under the truck - all blacked out. The lights are wired to the interior upper console switches. I also added a train horn and custom lift for the owner by the Container Store and Target.

Nice looking truck. Looks like you lifted it a bit. Would live to, but I park at Philly airport a lot and the lift would be problematic! Enjoy your wheels!

I just put Eibachs on last week. Lifted front 1.7” as they state on website, not sure how much cab was raised

If you want to get rid of rope, here’s how I added laser. Bought a 12v laser diode. Sealed it with plastic dip to waterproof it. Wiped laser lens off after dipping. Same stuff used to dip tools in. If you take grill off, there’s already a hole in center of shutter assembly. I used 3” black angle bracket. Hacksawed off the end a bit to fit where the hole is. Attached the sealed diode to the angle bracket with steel epoxy. Once the epoxy is dry, I attached it to the shutter assembly with nut, bolt and lock washer. Wired to upfitter switch #6. Now when I pull up I flip the switch, line the laser up with the middle of the garage door. Also used a strip of painters tape on back wall of garage to keep straight. Presto!

My 2020 Leadfoot 802A SCREW is just a couple of weeks older than yours. I’m interested in the Forscan mods that you’ve mentioned doing. Which of the Forscan models did you use? We’re those difficult to figure out? The videos I’ve found online make it seem pretty simple, but I’d like to hear from you what your thoughts or suggestions are. Only mod so far was to replace running boards with amp power steps and unplugging the auto-start feature. Thanks

Nice truck! Forscan mods were easy. I used ODBLinkEX. Hardest part was getting the computer to recognize it and install the drivers. On the first computer I tried, I couldn't get it to work. It's a newer computer with USB3 ports. Guess it didn't like the ODBLink. Fired right up when I tried it on an older machine. I did attempt to solve the issue on the newer machine, but couldn't get it to work so I gave up. Once I started making the mods, it was very easy. Be sure to create the backups of the original as-built modules before making any changes!!! Once I made all my changes, I also backed up my configurations. So, I can now easily load the as-built when I need to and revert back to my configurations as well. Good luck.

New member here. Truck is less than 2 weeks old. First mods include:

- BedRug Impact Bed Liner
- RetraxPro MX
- Baja Designs Triple Bezel fog lights (Squadron Sports)
- Cut 6" off antenna to avoid hitting garage door
- Custom made and mounted laser behind grill connect to aux switch for lining up in center of garage (it's tight on width)
- Some Forscan mods (Lincoln autofold mirrors, auto door relock, secure idle, parking light DRLs, disable auto start/stop, disable fake engine noise, double honk disable)
- Ordered Carplay2air for wireless carplay

Future mods:
- Some wireless phone charging solution (still researching)
- Tune at some point after I drive for a while braking it in - leaning towards Roush or Gearhead, although warranty issues are a concern

Forum is great and have appreciated being able to "troll" them before deciding to buy the truck.
