New 13 On Order

Man, that sucks for me if your dealer is getting extra allocations bumping me back even further. I was told my dealership got 54 allocations a year, which is around 4 per month. Lately they have had 1 truck pulled in the past 2 months and their are 8 of us still on a waiting list. I'm number 3 on the list and it's been 13 weeks since I ordered.

And yes, I did get a DORA with all essential info.

I just looked at some of the stuff on it

Order date 07/17/13
Order # 5012 Dealer # F52056
Order Type-1
Priority 19
Dealer says 8 weeks and it will be here... (good dream to have i guess)

From my understanding the order type-1 means customer order and the priority may or may not be how fast it is taken. Could be just the way it was assigned by the dealer.

If anyone has more info on how this works, please fill me in

cut off meaning if it's not built by then or if you don't actually order?

I am hearing the actual order for a 2013 has to be in by 8/2/13. Orders will start being taken for a 2014 on 8/12/13, with actual production starting on 10/28/13.

My order got bumped ahead by my dealer. (No I dont know how he did it)

My order number changed to 3003
Assigned VIN # 1FTFW1R62DFD2*7*7
In Order Processing Scheduled (Aug-05-2013) Dearborn
Truck is scheduled to be built first week of August with an expected delivery date of Aug 26 - Sept 1.
