On other cars, I usually make a simple template to copy the UCA that's being replaced.
Just take a piece of plywood a little bigger than the UCA. Drill a hole for the ball joint just big enough for the threaded part of the ball joint.
Take a couple of scrap 2x4 pieces and drill matching holes the size of the inter bolts. Install the ball joint with a washer and nut on the plywood. Install a piece of threaded rod long enough to put through the 2x4s and old arm. Then screw the 2x4s to the plywood. You can remove the rod, install your new UCA and adjust the rod ends until the rod goes through the new set-up. They will not be perfect, but closer than eye-balling them.
