This is the freeze Frame info I could get.
Fuel sys B1 ; CL
Fuel sys B2 ; CL fault
calc load 94.90
ECT(F) ; 183
STFT B1 ; neg 17.19
LTFT B1 ; 29.69
STFT B2 ; neg 17.97
LTFT B2 ;29.69
RPM ; 2287
Veh sped ; 29 mph
Spark adv. ; 23.00
IAT (F) ; 57
MAF ; 14.06
TPS ; 34.51

You need to fix the "fault" error in bank 2 (passenger side).
You can't really continue to diagnos until you fix that issue.

Try looking at fuse #27 in the engine compartment, this fuse is for the fuel pump modulator.

Once you establish fuse is good, next step is checking the fuel rail sensors, and all three PCM plugs for corrosion.

Finally got some time to mess with my truck, fuse 27 is good, and check the 3 pcm plugs, they look like new on the inside.

I couldn't find the fuel rail sensor, where would they be located at?

I also hooked up my cheap scan tool while driving home tonight, it was flashing O and OH, which according to the book means the "Oxygen sensor heater monitor" and "Oxygen sensor monitor have not yet run and completed their diagnostic testing".
And this is after 45 minutes of highway speeds and on cruise... does that mean it staying in open loop?

You said you replaced all four O2s already, so that sort of rules out a lazy or bad O2.
Could be anything at this point, from broken wires to bad cats or even the PCM.
I believe you have no choice but to get it to a Ford dealership, they have the tools and software to do a proper diagnosis.

I also want to point out it can take up to a couple of days to complete the readiness of a drive cycle.
Big changes in weather from day to day will make it take longer.
A weak battery will play a role in getting the testing completed also. Are you sure your battery good?

Well, I just got my truck back from Ford, they think it might be the intake gasket..Ford said they couldn't get to it till later next week.
If it is the intake gasket wouldn't it make one bank or the other max out on long fuel trim?

A short update, After a new intake and gaskets, new throttle body and 2 Ford dealers, my truck is still throwing lean codes and surges just as bad as it did.
After wasting 4 hours of my time the 2nd Ford dealer said they couldn't flash my ecm on my truck and couldn't help me.
I think the problem has to be in the ecm, I did a little test on the highway during the drive home. I stopped and shut the truck off then started it and drove several miles and the fuel trimes would completely different. An example, on the flat areas the long trims would be 29.9 and the up hill with some acceleration would be 3 to 4 and the down hill would be in the mid to lower 20s and after restarting the the flats would be 4 to 7 the uphill would 29.5 and the downhill would be in the mid 20's. The only good news is both banks were the the same for the first time.
I don't know what to do...It is obvious the Ford dealers aren't going to help.:flipthebird: I guess I will have to find a tuner that can help, anyone have any suggestions??

Did you sell this truck

I recently bought a truck that's blue that has thrown a lean air code. I hope I didn't get your mess. It threw the code on my way home from the dealer
