I need some help from some one who know alignment really good.
ynegyne7.jpg

History: I did a mid perch two weeks before TRR. After TRR the alignment was a hair off. I bring it in Tuesday and it back to normal then after a few days I notice the camber looks very negative and the truck is pulling to the right. So I bring it in and the work on it. Then tell me the LcA bolt is out of adjustment.
What is the best way to fix this?

Either the pass side lower control arm front mount moved out or the rear mount moved in, or a combo of both. Not a big deal, it happens frequently on these trucks when you drive them hard, specially if you don't have the camber/caster kits to help lock the arm in. The alignment shop just has to loosen the bolts, adjust the arm, and re tighten.

The left side (as well as the right side) could use a tweak also even though its in the green. Keep camber around -.4*, caster +4.0*~, and toe .12*~. Helps tire wear and makes them drive better.

They have to move the LCA to align it properly. This is VERY common on these trucks. The LCA bolts shift frequently, under hard off roading.

I've now come to the point where I get it aligned, then tighten those bolts with EVERYTHING I have... whether it be an over-sized impact, or even a large breaker bar and cheater pipe!

You really can't over-torque the LCA bolts (within reason), and I've found by doing this, that the alignment stays where it's supposed to unless I have an abnormally huge impact with the front end.

Can you take a picture of the front and rear lower mounts and post it up? If there is no adjustment left, your knuckle is most likely bent.
