Need help trouble shooting

Some vehicles, the normal operating temp is 210, has to do with emissions, not sure about the Raptor. I'm not sure what a lower temp thermostat is going to accomplish really. Both a 195 and 180 degree thermostat are going to be wide open at 210 cruising down the road.

Assuming there isn't some hidden bleed screw and the heater is working okay, I would probably just check it every day or two and top it off as needed, if there is air in the system.

As someone mentioned, our shop did a water pump on an LT1 Camaro, I remember it was hell bleeding the air, long ago and I don't remember how it was resolved. Very frustrating though.

I’m running a Full Race radiator with a stock thermostat and my coolant temperature is right around 210F. Also keep in mind I’m running a Full Race transmission cooler and their FMIC.

Only difference we have is I’m running a SVC intercooler with 180deg thermostat. I do have 37s on beadlocks.
