Need help identifying a power cable

Bought my truck used and found this cable detailing the interior. Hoping someone can help identify it. It's coming out from under my console Thanks for any help.

looks like it went to a radio of some sort

That looks similar to the connector on my VHF radio and I know a lot of people mount their radios right where your wire is coming out of the console.
