GEN 2 Need guidance… Leafs, and Shackles, and Bumps… oh my!!

SVC doesn’t endorse extended shackles, claim they cause binding
all other shops seem to like extended shackles for more droop travel or to lower
remember if you offroad and want compression travel to avoid bottoming and frame damage then a taller or stiffer spring is advisable
even an hydraulic bump kit can be damaged if there is insufficient uptravel and regular deavers can be flattened with hard use… I did both

Appreciate the help, talked to them yesterday and they dont like extended shackles for similar reasons to what you’ve listed.

I don’t want a taller rear so my thought was +2 deavers with stock shackles OR +3 with extended shackles… leaning towards the first option now…
