I had my 18 Silver Rappy in for the tailgate recall fix today, and they loaned me a 2020 F-150 XLT to drive today. One of the roads up here (N of Atl) is closed for repairs for 2 mo. The nav system on the 2020 showed the closed road (double purple lines). Mine doesn't. I thought that it was the satellite traffic app (which I have) that displayed this, not the nav system itself. That data could not have been on the SD card, since this road just closed about a month ago. Can someone enlighten me? I have the latest update for the Sync system.

Yes, I believe it is. Do you have sirius? You also have to make sure it is turned on or activated. When I got mine the traffic didn't work, the dealer had to do a reset and then it worked. I think it is in the menu where you can see what services you have (weather, road work and so on).

I have Travelink, and traffic works on it every day, just doesn't show that road closure near my home.
