NAV screen or no NAV screen?

just order mine today!!!!!!! 2011 oxford white, digital mud, 6.2, backup camera, trailer brake controller. not a whole lot of options but who gives a shit!!! its a raptor! only bad thing is i gotta wait till january. o well it will be fun breaking it in in 3 feet of fresh north dakota powder!

The 2011 F150 has MyFordTouch.

Where'd you hear this, I was certain it did not have it. When you say MyFordTouch, are you referring to this system: The Connected Car: Ford Introduces MyFord Touch

With regard to the original question though, I'd say get nav before buying anything else. It requires the lux package too though. Don't have my Raptor yet, but current 2004 GMC has it and I've used the Ford system extensively in my sis-in-laws 2010 Expedition. It's one of the best done nav/infotainment systems in the entire industry.

And you can't see fingerprints when its on.

Cool - I'm 4 hours from the Montana border. Planning on making a trip there this Spring once things are un-frozen...
As for Nav stuff, I love it, just having a few bugs with the Bluetooth phone setup volume - otherwise its all good. Maybe in a few years they'll have a Canajun version that has more of the roads I ride on.

sweet. i just ordered my 2011 a few days ago but didnt get the NAV or the lux. i already have a garmin and i know the ford nav proly has alot more to offer than just a regular garmin but i dont think i would use it that much. i live in the country 90 miles from the closest wal mart. so not a whole lot u need nav for out there.

I ordered my 2011 SCREW a little over 2 weeks ago. I was on the fence about the NAV and had really decided against it until I learned about all the cool features and functionality that are tied to it. I will rarely need the NAV but the jukebox feature and voice activated control sold me.
