The most NA HP I have ever saw advertised was by Steeda back in the Gen 1 days, they claimed 487 hp with their package of upgrades. Some of the things that I recall in the deal, tune, headers, CAI, 90mm throttle body, and last but not least Badging that netted the biggest gains.

If you do headers, beware the volume increase in the cab is going to be rather noticeable. You probably like the sound of the Jen Juan now, but I can tell you from first hand experience, 3 hours in the seat with a big block with headers is more than a bit fatiguing. Ok if you’re not doing a daily driver or only using mostly recreationally, but it can get tiring pretty quick.
