when i installed my ****** 9500 ci, i needed a spot to mount my control screen where it didnt look obvious or in the way. so i came up with this

unfortunately, when i tried to remove the front clear plastic, i cracked it a bit. the glue they used does not come off well. so i had to do it the hard way. there is only about 1/2" if room to work with between the front plastic and the black plastic and it was a pain in the butt to cut it out cleanly
