Great job they look sweet. I wish I had the attention span to tackle some retrofits myself but knowing how I am I'd give up half way through and wind up tossing them and just buying a set lol. Now hurry up and some pics of them on the truck so we can see the whole thing together :ROFLJest:

This is awesome! I remember coming across these lights a long time ago and by far my favorite style, even over 2013+ OEMs. I just really dig the "C" as a DRL.

Can't wait to see these on the truck! Did you use standard H1's or the mini's? Replace the lense with a clear lense? Just curious, I'll be retrofitting the headlight on my bike this winter and going with a mini H1.

I used the Mini H1's. They already come with a clear lens.

Hoping to finish the other side tonight and get them in. Should be much faster for the other one since I know what to do now. Already have the wiring harness in and ready to go.

Little set back last week.

While everything for the most part is done, I was missing the bulb retaining ring from the projector and could not finish the install. I thought I may have misplaced it but after cleaning the whole area and looking for hours it is no where to be seen. I never recalled seeing it to begin with so I assumed it was missing from the packaging. I contacted TRS and they have a new one shipping out to me now. I hope to have it tomorrow so I can finally put these bad boys to bed.

Back again for an update.

While these have been done for awhile now, I have totally forgotten to update this thread to show the progress.

Anyway, here is a shot of the assembled light.

Up next was the HD relay harness.
This was a tight fit due to the length of the harness and the width of the truck.
The position pictured ended up being a perfect fit to reach the ballast on each headlight while routing the wiring up and over to the drivers side.

Now some night shots of the lights.
Unfortunately, I can not keep these lights on the amber color for long as they are only meant for turn signals. Which I was not aware of at the time. I was hoping to run the amber at night and white for daytime. Should have read a little more into them but O'well.
Please excuse the cell phone shots for now as I will get some better night shots later with the DSLR.

Here are some of the most recent ones taken during a nice sunny day.

Will provide another update with some pictures of the hid projection, the light cutoff and lighting output at a later time.
Right now it looks like I will need to pull the passenger side headlight apart to fix a stuck high beam shield. The shield will not come back to full upright and is slightly blinding oncoming drivers. But if I pull them apart again I want to possibly do a few more mods while I'm in there.

Well just my luck, the switchback lighting I thought I had has now come out. The new 2.0 switchback lights can do either white or amber at all times. Instead of white continuously and amber for just turn signals. Now I need to decide if i want to spend $230 for the new lights and swap them all out to get the desired lighting I was looking for. Hmm......

I think orange running light and signals would be a better look for the Raptor. If you did decide to do it, you should sell your current setup and start over. May can recoup more money than spend another $230??

You should incorporate the XSB halo's in your next build as well. They can be on either color constantly as well. I have a set to retrofit the busa's headlight.
