A good quality dist hutch, just hook up after locking on ball, then set up bars before lowering trailer toung, when you lower trailer, no squat at all, I tow often and truck sits level, make sure you run up the tire pressure to recommended psi cold, pulls like it's not there. Yes scew has 36 gal tank. I get about 13mpg on back roads, I avoid all interstates {nothing to see}

Clanagael did you do anything to the truck to get it not to sag when pulling the camper, my camper weighs in at 7000 and sags the back of my truck pretty bad.

Is it me or is it an illusion.
From the pics of the trailers that look level, it looks like the axles are more centered on the trailer.
Yours looks pretty far back or yours is a longer trailer.

I have a 2019 Crew Cab. First couple trips with our Winnebago 24BHS towed great. We loaded up to go to Mammoth and I finally had some sag on the rear end. Turns out my Blue Ox Bars we’re only rated for 550 lbs. I spoke to Blue Ox and had some 1000 lb bars sent overnight and that made a world of difference. Now my wife can overpack her whole wardrobe all over again.

How did your truck do towing the grade from bishop? My toyhauler is 8250lbs loaded and I was able to overheat my truck pulling that grade if I towed any faster than 50mph. Until I got my Mishimoto radiator.

You are over the recommended weight for our trucks with that heavy of a trailer. I am not surprised it overheated with the factory radiator.

We're talking about 250 pounds over the recommended weight if he's a super crew. I Doubt that would be the true reason for an overheating issue.
