What's the purpose of that cap? I thought you couldn't siphon gas any longer due to a strainer in the fuel neck....

Correct cant siphon but if your jealous ex thinks about putting crap in the tank it may help.

I'm not sure that it cannot be siphoned. I've read mixed opinions this about the capless fuel filler. Some say that their's has been siphoned and others say that it cannot be. I bought one just in case.
