Nice! It's always so much more satisfying to be able to say you made it yourself when people ask.

I mean it's cool you built it yourself, but it totally doesn't look finished. The gap between the bumper in the backs weird, the edges look unfinished. Although I love minimalist designs, they are usually minimal and beautiful at the same time. You obviously have talent though, good work.

On another note;
My seven year old once offered to make me a carrot cake. He put so much effort into that thing I forced myself to eat it... And I guess I loved the fact that he did it by himself... So....

I am a victim of my own impatience to a degree. The gap through the middle and reason it looks unfinished is because it is......my plan for the hitch receiver will take care of that.

That's a damn fine job SOCO! I like the fact you can put the factory bumper on and never notice the cuts. Makes re selling the truck easier if need be.

Looks good man.......what about instead of trying to make the bumper "work" with the besides, how about smoothing out or filling in those indents........just an idea and it'd be way easier

I could never imagine selling this truck buuuuuut, you never know what the future holds. I still have every stock part I ever took off if it ever came to that. I would love to cut out sections of the frame for an awesome front and rear bumper but I just can't bring myself to do it.....that shit is permanent, lol. This is just a cheap but cool way to make due with what you have.
