It got flagged at end of line for a clearance light issue for the harness not being routed right which was why the RF fender flare was left off. So should be a fast fix and back to QC so we left once that was flagged. Already on no sleep waiting around almost 12 hours due to it not coming out of the ASR scheduler like it was supposed to. So no big deal I seen all of assembly but the first few positions on trim 1A once in a lifetime experience for sure. Did you get to watch the QC process at the end of the line?

I know and it's very possible I'll have delivery by my birthday on 10-15 I am so lucky and so excited I'm still star struck over it all. Having no sleep was well worth it. It's like watching a child born even though I don't have kids. So this truck is like another kid along with my dogsTool, your gonna love your truck buddy!
No one has paid yet will soon and no this was planned months ago actually. This is what the care package, you guys paid for in the other thread OP created, was for. It was to butter up FP and let him have a tour
Very cool! Was lucky enough to get a similar tour 3 weeks ago from Chris Skaggs I believe he will be running the lightning production soon??? My truck production day was the day of the tour but they were behind and then shut down for a week. Oh well very neat!!Somehow someway I was blessed with the greatest experience ever at 12:09AM 9-27 I watched the production of my code orange raptor 801A all packages minus 37 performance roll through it's spots at DTP all the way to QC and checks. This is the greatest thing I have ever been able to witness(even better then the day I passed my private pilot checkride). I can't even say thank you enough to those that helped make this experience possible. And I'm so gifted to be able to work for such a great company such as ford, fixing customer vehicles and being a part of the team on a different level then manufacturing. I should be taking delivery in 7-10 days as it is now in the mod center getting the graphics on.
I will kindly ask anyone who reads this to PLEASE TAKE RESPECT AND LEAVE THESE PHOTOS HERE AND NOT POST THEM ELSEWHERE TO SHARE. THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE AND ID LIKE TO NOT BURN MY BRIDGES. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. It is very very cool for sure so you can relate. Mine almost got pushed out further but the system luckily pulled it 6 hours late still. One small QC issue but for the most part the process is for sure top top notch and mistakes can happen it's not even a worry for me. I was impressed how smooth and quick it really goes. I'd rather there systems catch a lot there and fixed then shipped and spend months at a dealer. I'm thrilled either way it worked out.Very cool! I was blow away with all the automation and the use of every bit of space in that building. My truck was 2500 down to be built. But at the time I was there they were building 650 trucks a day. Pre COVID I think he said 1400 trucks a day???It is very very cool for sure so you can relate. Mine almost got pushed out further but the system luckily pulled it 6 hours late still.
