Silver is my favorite color for my own truck but black is the best Raptor color... if someone else has to keep it clean.

I'm thinking the same thing about shipping time. Hopefully that's the case.



I'm in a similar situation. El Dorado Hills is at the base of the northern Sierras. Most of the trails that close by are narrow and geared more for Jeeps and smaller vehicles.

Lol - from my experience last week - Jeep made trails can be hard on a Raptor. Go play if you're willing to sacrifice some paint!

Thanks again all, loving this thing so far! Just washed it today and it's not quite as bad as predicted. More surface area than my GMC, but it being taller makes it tremendously easier. Definitely need to go buy a toilet brush for the running boards.

Metallic black is certainly a heck of a lot easier to make look good than straight black.

FM Radio. Note "Multicast" feature...many popular stations have a second channel now with HD...fixes a big issue in socal with regard to our otherwise having a terrible FM selection. The two presets for each station are set to their first and second multicast stream. For the first stream, the radio will automatically use HD when its available. The second streams are only available if HD is available. I didn't realize it until now, but AM radio also has HD.
