I was fortunate enough to be a part of a local hospitals group during the return of our city's 4th of July parade... 'course it helps when both my mother and wife work there. This was their first time participating and they were honoring those employees who had family that were actively serving, as well as all Veterans.
Me and the truck filled several of the groups needs. They needed a float/vehicle to hold bottled water (temps were in the 90's), flags that got passed out, beach balls that were tossed to the crowd and my DJ kit ridin' in the back, blasting nothing but the best patriotic tunes! Had an awesome time and can only say that I wish the parade was longer...maybe next year, I can't wait!! Anyway, here're a couple pics.
