@1966 F100 Raptor, that is truly a next level Resto-Mod. Have you been through the selling end process of an auction before? If you can be there for the preview it will be worth your time. You’ll get a chance to evaluate potential bidders and answer questions.
Oh yeah, and nothing like experiencing the “squeeze” when/if bidding slows and they try and get you to lower your reserve. Have a secondary figure in mind if inclined and beat the auctioneers to a lull. Timing is everything in an auction as you might get 120 seconds.

I have run a few vehicles thru Barret-Jackson and Russo-Steele with not so good results. Hoping Mecum will be different. I decided my reserve will not change at time truck runs through. Maybe after the fact. Too many games being played.

I do plan on being with truck from 8am to 6pm daily starting Tuesday maybe few hrs monday.

Thanks! Yeah it’s been a hobby that has never paid but if it meets reserve a bunch of $. Last count i think 11 more 65-66 trucks still around. I had wanted to keep this one and sell a couple others but no way to finish them on time especially not having a clue if & when the R would show up.

This 1966 N700 CrewCab the crown jewel of collection. 1 of only 2 known to exist. Lots of grandkids i figured build a camper vs dump bed. Late model 7.3 zilla or 6.7 ps 10R140 combos. I have the 1965 F600 for ramp truck plus a 1965 N7000 as other projects
Right now my goal is RaptorR and sell other trucks so i can keep it.

Any time! I drive by that area quite often. Still need to do full clean/detail on the truck before I drop it off at State Farm arena early sunday morning. Nothing but a very small, messy hobby shop.
