From the looks of it I'd take it to a body shop and have them fix or straighten the frame because only part of the frame is/maybe bent. I do have experience in bodywork.

FordTechOne...why is it a strange 1st post? Isnt this part of what these forums are for...to ask for help and direction from fellow Raptor owners?

To get you up to speed, there was a thread a few months ago where dude was low key committing insurance fraud trying to get his insurance to total his truck vs replacing the front 1/3 of his frame after he clearly jumped it in the desert. There's also a trend where 1 post wonders come here to post bogus issues or problems just to troll. That's why you're going to get some flack and asked to show pics before anyone will take you serious. Not a knock on you, just got to show some credibility first!

I've seen a few frames replaced at my dealer as the body shop didn't feel well equipped enough to handle the job. 40+ hour labor and every component has to be swapped. I am NOT a body shop tech so I can not say for sure but I have a hard time believing that the cost of the frame and labor would be less than that repair. If you can post more pictures of the extent of the damage that would help.

“I need a new frame, help!” isn’t a very common first post on any forum. It helps to provide some background information so we know more specifically what you are asking for help with.

Were you in an accident or did you buy it that way? Based on your follow up post, you’re paying out of pocket instead of going through insurance?

As far as the repair, Ford has published procedures for both the front frame short section (“horns”) as well as the full front frame section, which retained by welded lap joints. They allow the frame to be safely and accurately sectioned and re-welded. Do you know the extent of the frame damage?

I'd find a different body shop!!!!

I bet not one weld is compromised!
These frames on the Raptor are double walled not like a standard F150
And the frames on the Gen 2 have a little extra in the frame to make up the overall strength of the truck due to the aluminum body.

Looks like to me they want make a killing on a simple repair job "with the right equipment of course".
Not every body shop has a top tier frame straightener and a tech that knows how to use it.

I agree, a background story of what happened would deffenitly help you out with finding parts you need. from the picture it just looks like the front end is f***ed up and maybe the rear driver side window.

Ha, you know I didn't even notice the window frames are not lined up.
Some better pictures would show what's really going on here.

Cowling is popped out, doors on the drivers side are totally out of alignment, windows on back door is broken, dented rear door behind the window. Not to mention looks like the hood won’t close and the front end is bashes in. Looks like a pretty bad wreck. I wonder how much actual cab damage had been done?
