My 19 raptor 4x4 issue sent to service more than 3 times unfortunately still not solved yet

My 19 Raptor with 4x4 problem already sent to service still has a warranty more than 3 times still not solved that did any one has face same problem!!!

Hard to tell in that video as I only had sound, but it could be iwe's, does the sound go away in 4a or 4h? if so, it is most likely iwe related. If the sound is only present when in 4a or 4h it sounds like it could be cv joints.

4a & 4h also increase when turn right or left tight, i already ask for change iwe my thoughts was the problem but not also worth to mention that as per their diagnosis it is Transfer case shift motor but still the sound going on when 4x4 engaged
