Hey y'all,
New here and new to the Raptor world. I just took my 2011 Scab out 4 wheeling in the mud on the Rim in Az. Then I got out to find about 4 inches of glop on my running boards. I knew this could be an issue and would need some flaps, but didnt think it would be that bad. Which flaps do mud runners you use?

Then when I broke out the pressure washer to clean out all that mud, I found how much the rear inner fenders DONT stop. I thought of making some plastic extensions to go farther down the inner fender area to keep it from getting in all the bed cross members, etc. Anyone here done something like that? The front fender wells worked pretty good, too bad they didnt think out the rear fender wells a little better. Any pics of your mods would be great!

Thanks in advance

Thanks y'all, those flaps do look pretty good and FUNCTIONAL. Found their website. Are they the same for front & rear or did I miss something?

Any thoughts on adding ABS plastic to the rear inner fender wells? Especially in front of the tire? Looks like it shouldnt be that hard to do, just wondering if anyone else has tackled it b4?

They're the same for front and rear. I'll see if I can find the installation thread.

It probably wouldn't hurt to add some. I rock my mud like a badge of honor so it doesn't bother me enough to add some plastic in. Lol

All four the same. I haven't seen the mod for the rear wells. Do it, take pics and create a write up thread so we can all have another mod idea.

I really enjoyed my mud romping last weekend, and the clean up isnt that big of a deal, except all te mud that gets in to the front bed cross member. A little plastic that extends to the fender edge on both sides of the wheel will make it that much more fun to get it dirty. Guess I got spoiled with Dirt bikes and the good job they do with plastic fenders.

If you make something that doesn't require drilling and will use factory holes, I'll buy a pair.

I was looking at my rear wheel openings the other day and had a thought. It appears that the plastic fender liners that are only in the rear section of the rear wheel opening could possibly be added to the front of the rear wheel opening as well. For the front of the left rear wheel opening, you'd need the piece of plastic liner that's OE in the rear of the right rear wheel opening and it looks like it would line up with the factory flare and slot for the bed pinch weld. Take a look and let me know what you guys think.
