Mud Flap height?

I can't handle the spray from the front tires on my door any longer! Is there a maximum distance from the ground for the mud flaps to catch the spray? I don't off road but want the mud flaps hanging as high as possible to minimize the appearance (as much as possible...)

My front flaps are at 11 1/2 from the ground and my rears are 12" from the ground.

Mine are 11.5" off the ground if that helps.

Actually if you really don't like the mud flap look and really just want to address the front tire spray then get these instead:

Get some Velcro dubble side tape and a mud puddle adjust till it works to your liking then post up findings here

My front flaps are at 11 1/2 from the ground and my rears are 12" from the ground.

I went with about 12 inches. After two days I don't even see them anymore (I went with the same ones as you). The cut down on the spray from the tires is remarkable though and honestly I'm really happy I put them on.

Glad it worked out for you, I was never a fan of mud flaps, but I did it for the same reason you did it, and it has cut down the road crap big time.
