I have the Built Right System setup for my bedside walls. I’m looking to get a Pro Eagle 3 Ton Jack. Has anyone successfully mounted it to the bedside with this setup? If so, what hardware did you use to mount it? Also, should I opt for the 15-inch Pro Eagle extension? Or, is the stock extension at 2-feet, 4-inches sufficient?

That’s a lot of weight to try and mount on its side. Pro Eagle jacks are beasts. Not sure I would want to send it with it mounted on one of those racks.

Yeah. I figured 60 lbs on the Built Right equipment would be a bit much. However, I did find this image linked from the Built Right site.iu.jpeg

yeah... No. I don’t have the jack yet, but I do have the built right panels and I like them for what they are but I wouldn’t hard mount a jack to them, of any weight.

Now, to be fair to builtright, I haven’t performed failure testing on mine, I’ve mostly used them for bungee attach points to secure gas cans. I’d be comfortable with light weight stuff attached but a 3 ton floor jack?

I’ll wait for one of y’all to test this.

The Built Right can’t handle a Power Tank (20lbs capacity) so I don’t think it’ll handle the jack, at least long term. After two years of having the tank mounted, the built right panel started cracking and separating in multiple places from the weight. Works great for everything else though.

I love my Built Right system but there is No Way it’s holding the Pro Eagle for anything but Sams Club Off-roading:)
I got the Pro Eagle mount, attached to the Cargo-glide and that thing doesn’t move an inch! Most folks don’t want the weight of the CargoGlide but I’m old and Jacked-Up, can’t be crawling up in that bed anymore ;)

I’ve got the 3ton mounted to my bed on the passenger side. Gives me just enough room to mount 2 rotopax on my built right

We sell Builtright and Pro Eagle and I wouldn't recommend this to any potential customer. You would have to have a full backing plate the entire length of the Builtright rack and even then it would eventually give. You are better off mounting it to the bottom of the bed and use large fender washers otherwise it could even rip from the bed, the metal is thin.
