Wow, some great pics in here. Does that mud get kind of greasy in the winter? It looks similar to what we get here when a little thaw sneaks in on the frozen mud.

Slippery Indeed..MAXTRAX Slippery..Tried to avoid gettng stuck in the snow...instaed got Sucked into the Mfing Mud! What you can't tell from the picture is that I was slidding over the edge with a 50'+ drop off. It would have been a Loooong Night in sub-freezing temps and an even longer walk out...This was Pre-IN-Reach Rescue Sat days. Now you know why my wife bought me one...
