I have 2019 OEM LED headlights with 30k miles on them - literally not a scratch on them and work perfectly. What is the criteria to be eligible for the full $700?

They have to be working properly. If they are damaged I don't think Morimoto will pay for them. Honestly you can probably sell them yourself for more then Morimoto will pay you
