@rayofsi - I called TRS and got on the line with technical support, luckily the guy I was talking with reached out to their so called Raptor / F150 Morimoto headlight specialist and he told me to try a 10 in place of the 5. I asked if I was the first with this problem and they said they had heard of this issue before on the gen. 2 lights with the 5 blowing out. So, I tried a 10 and it worked, did two test tries on the DRL sequences (I don't have long term tests yet). Ultimately, it's up to you on what to do with your Raptor and whether you try a 10 there instead of a 5 (*I'm in slot 36 which is a 10a, so I'm 10/10 now on the harness). My advice, reach out to TRS/Morimoto and tell them about it and see what they say, this may end up being a lessons learned on the "start-up" sequenced DRL harness for future.

mines actually connected to a upfitter. it kept blowing my 5a upfitter before i moved to 10a upfitter. I wanted the option to go full dark with the car running. Having the lights hooked up to the fuse box takes away that option.

See I'm actually running a 5 amp on the DRL without any issues. The main fuse is a 10 for the vehicle, 5 for the DRL. I forget exactly which fuse # i'm using but here is my setup. SOMETIMES the amber DRL will stay on after the truck is off, but it's random

Think this confirms that a few of us that cannot run 5A fuses have headlights that are out of spec..

Or you are using a different fuse port.
5a fuse working for some people, and blowing for others, has nothing to do with the fuse ports.. people are using the same ports, and it'll work for one person and blow for another.

Has anyone here paired the headlights with the Morimoto XB LED Side Markers, Grill Lights and XB Sequential LED Side Mirror Lights? They arent too pricey so if they make it look like a more complete package Id want to do it all in one shot.

I'm running the mirror lights myself. As for the grill lights, no need to. My truck already has the amber markers from Ford :) Those are really designed as replacements if yours go bad or if you never had them.
