Most recent (2020) TSB attached. Products you need, according to the TSB are
1. Latch grease: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MWLDALQ/?tag=fordraptorforum-20
2. Weatherstrip lube: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075HH7R42/?tag=fordraptorforum-20
3. IPA wipes: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007N621HY/?tag=fordraptorforum-20

Step by step procedure, with photos, is in the TSB.

If we're just talking the moonroof TSB, the above cart is enough to perform it at least 10 times. While I had everything out, I hit all my weatherstripping and door latches, so I'll have to re-buy more often. But IMO, that maintenance is important too.

I have found this info in several places on the site, but I cannot find it inside it's own thread, laid out this clearly, with a searchable title. So here you are. I hope it helps. I plan to perform this maintenance once every 6 months.

Just an FYI - I initially used the silicone paste on my sunroof seals about a year ago. Honestly I forgot about it until the threads popped up. For the last year the sunroof has had zero issues opening or sticking. I just yesterday re lubed the seals, I swear you could do 50,000 trucks with the amount of silicone paste in what i linked.

Thanks for the info. I never use my sunroof but this could be good to know and do just to avoid future problems if I do use it or from lack of use. Nice to have all in one thread.

Hmmm...this may explain the clunking sound I hear now with my roof. If I vent it or slide it a bit it stops. I'll try this tonight. I have alcohol and silicone grease already.
